Presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people.

Ministry to Children

But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, When children are taught the Scriptures, memorize them and live by them what a difference it can make!

Kidz Club is a faith-based ministry for children in our community who are in the 3rd grade up to 6th grade. During Kidz Club, kids get together for a time of adventure, exploration, Bible devotion, songs, games, learning about missions, memory verses, and great fellowship. All of this is done in an atmosphere that allows fun, excitement, friendship, leadership and learning. It is our desire to serve children and help them discover the truths of the Bible, who God is and get to know Him better.
Kidz Club will also incorporate 4-H projects and activities.  4-H is a community of young people across America learning citizenship, leadership, and life skills. 4-H programs can be found in three expansive mission mandates: Science; Citizenship; and Healthy Living.
The 4-H program aims to educate youth in arts and sciences and to encourage fellowship and service opportunities.
Some of our projects have to do with farming or work on a homestead while other projects will be about science, nutrition, a healthy lifestyle and public speaking.  Most of the members already have chickens and other animals. Club members are taught the best ways to care for their animals. protect wildlife, and share that with each other. They are also taught the best foods for to eat and the healthiest ways to prepare them.
During the summer months Kidz Club hosts a weekend camping adventure for kids in the community.
It is important that our club members do some community service work beginning here on St. Helena and then other places.
The 4-H pledge is:
I pledge my head to clearer thinking,
my heart to greater loyalty,
my hands to larger service
and my health to better living,
for my club, my community, my country, and my world.
Our club Scripture:
Proverbs 12:10-11Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
10 Good people take good care of their animals, but the wicked know only how to be cruel.
11 Farmers who work their land have plenty of food, but those who waste their time on worthless projects are foolish.
